Divisions & Rooms

Set how many rounds each pool's teams quiz ("Rounds/Team" — defaults to a full round robin, everyone plays everyone once), and optionally lock a division or pool to specific rooms (e.g. "1-4" or "1,3,5"). Leave a room lock blank to allow any room available to its parent. Pools and team assignments are managed on the Team Rosters tab.

Things that happen at a set time but aren't tied to a room — Set Up, Registration, an Informational Meeting, Lunch, Awards, etc. Leave "End Time" blank for a single point in time; set it for a range like Lunch. Since these are usually the same across your tournaments, save this list once with a name via "Save as Template…", then pick it from the dropdown and click "Load" on future tournaments instead of re-entering it (saved in this browser, across all your tournaments).

Room names, livestream setup, and equipment tracking — the number of rooms comes from the Schedule Maker tab. Changes here are saved automatically.

Setting Up a Room's Live Stream
If you don't already have one, create a YouTube account (any Google account works) and make sure it's enabled for live streaming at youtube.com/live_dashboard_splash — verification can take up to 24 hours, so do this well before the tournament.
In YouTube Studio, click Create → Go live, then choose Streaming software (not "Webcam"). This gives you a Stream Key and Stream URL — copy both into the Stream Key/Stream URL fields below so whoever's filming the room can grab them.
On the device that'll actually film the room (phone, tablet, laptop), download a streaming app that can send to a custom RTMP server. PRISM Live Studio is a free option that works for this without needing a paid subscription.
In that app, choose "Custom RTMP" (sometimes just "RTMP") as the destination, and enter the Stream URL and Stream Key from step 2.
Start the stream from the app, and confirm back in YouTube Studio that it shows as live.
Still in YouTube (Studio, the app, or youtube.com), open the live stream and tap Share to copy its link — no need to dig the video ID out of it yourself.
Paste that link straight into the "YouTube Share Link" field for this room below. The real start time is looked up automatically — nothing else to enter.
